Vats Gardsmat

Vats Gardsmat is a company established by three local farmers who want their animals to provide you with an extended and unique culinary experience. The origin of the food is guaranteed here.

All the animals come from the farms in Vats in Ål and have spent the entire summer grazing outdoors in the Bergsjø area, among other places.

Slow food is the opposite of fast food. Food made from local ingredients and with love for both animals and humans.

Vats Gardsmat supplies, among other things, cured lamb ribs for Christmas and cured meats when the cuckoo calls.

A range of other special products will also be delivered.
