Welcome to a content-rich weekend in Ål

This weekend, we welcome young and old to Ål for the Bama Liatoppen Biathlon Festival. This year too, there will be a spectacular opening show in the town centre on Friday evening, while shops and eateries extend their opening hours and prepare for an eventful weekend in the village.

Here's what you can do in Ål

Sledding

Get on your toboggan and hurtle down the mountainside in Norway's largest toboggan centre. If you need to warm up after a fast-paced trip down the slopes, Skarslia also has a café and warming room.

Cross-country skiing

In Ål, you'll find over 400 kilometres of ski trails in fantastic mountain terrain. Strap on your skis and experience some of the finest piste trails in the country.
