Johannes from Drammen is married, has two children and a catering company that has gone bankrupt. Following an unfortunate catering job at a party in Bærum, the company is in trouble, and his wife wants a legal separation. Johannes himself primarily wants to show the world that he is actually a nice guy.

Johannes is a man of action who means well, but continually manages to mess things up for himself. The show is about how he deals with defeat, jealousy and a demanding family life whilst trying to hold on to his optimism.

Kyrre Andreassen is known for his sharp and humorous take on life, family and relationships. Svendsens Catering is a dark comedy from Drammen that also turns its gaze towards the modern man and his relationship with himself.
