Thursday 17 September at 19.00, Magnus Myhr is coming to Sprang with the dance performance KAUK. After several solo performances in which he has explored topics such as the queer body, feminine strategies and a troubled upbringing, this time he is going to yodel and dance.
Sunday 11 October at 19:00, Linda Eide is coming to Storesalen with Språksjov. With her on stage she has pianist Sjur Hjeltnes and senior consultant Halvor Folgerø, in addition to a local guest who will be announced later.
On Tuesday 20 October at 13.00, Riksteatret is coming to Storesalen with Unanswered Call. The performance is based on Nora Dåsnes’ award-winning graphic novel and is about adolescence, friendship and finding meaning after the terrorist attacks of 22 July.
Saturday 24th October at 19.00, Dora Thorhallsdottir is coming to the Main Hall with the show FØKK. A humorous and relatable show about getting tired of adapting, starting to speak up, and feeling that it might be time to say «fuck it».
On Thursday 29 October at 7.00 pm, Brageteateret will be performing *Svendsens Catering* in the Main Auditorium – a black comedy by Kyrre Andreassen about defeat, family life, jealousy and an indomitable optimist with varying degrees of self-awareness.
Thursday 5 November at 18:00, a joint concert will be held in the Main Hall featuring students from the Norwegian Academy of Music, pupils from Ål School of Music and the Arts, and teachers. The concert concludes a week of ensemble playing, teaching and musical exploration.
On Thursday 19 November at 6.00 pm, Teater Manu will be performing *Peter Pan – Under a Magical Moon* at Sprang. The show takes the audience to Neverland, a world where time stands still and imagination takes flight.
Saturday 21 November at 13.00, the Children's Magic Show is coming to Ål library. Magician Johannes Lindrupsen offers a show where books, magic and humour take centre stage.
On Saturday 21 November at 7.00 pm, Harm & Hegseth will be performing at Storesalen with their anniversary show, ‘10 Years of Podcasts, P(an)ic and Psychiatry’. The duo are marking ten years of podcasting, celebrity gossip, life crises and unfiltered opinions.
