Leveld Lefsebakery

The food traditions are strong in the mountain village of Leveld in Ål. For generations, people have harvested from nature and passed on the rich food culture. It is this knowledge that forms the basis for Leveld Lefsebakeri.

We produce quality goods based on culture and genuine craftsmanship. This includes, among other things, lefse (rummebrød), kline (lefsekling) and Gommokaku (gommokaku) made according to local recipes.
