The cup is divided into two age groups and is played as a league format for the youngest and a cup format for the eldest. Teams are assembled consecutively based on registration, and teams shall consist of players from different age classes. Family teams are also permitted, with specific rules for the different groups.

For children aged 6 to 12, matches are played on pitches that are one-third of a full handball court, and three matches are played simultaneously. Matches normally last eight minutes, with short breaks, and the setup can be adjusted according to the number of participants.

For participants aged 13 and over, matches are played on a full-sized handball court. There will be a cup competition, and it is possible to register your own assembled teams. A team consists of a minimum of five players, including the goalkeeper. Matches normally last eight minutes, with short breaks, and the schedule can be adjusted based on the number of teams.

The kiosk is open throughout the day.
