In the show, Lars Monsen shares experiences from his many years on expeditions, but he also speaks openly and honestly about topics such as addiction, death, and the darker sides of life. The stories are conveyed without a filter and offer an intimate encounter with the person behind the expeditions.

Music is an important part of the performance. The audience will hear Lars Monsen's own, hand-picked songs that have followed him through life. The songs are performed by a full band, along with guest artist Trine Rein. The music consists of rough and melodic songs with lyrics that have been of great significance to Monsen. For the occasion, new lyrics have also been written by Henning Kvitnes for several of the songs, including two brand new songs in Norwegian.

The performance lasts approximately an hour and a half and offers powerful experiences that the audience will remember for a long time.
