The National Theatre: The scorpion's game - in the shadow of Roblox

A new, action-packed theatre production about friendship, betrayal and power in the world of digital gaming. "The Scorpion's Game" explores how creative collaboration can turn toxic, and how a young girl struggles to regain control in a Roblox project.

What happens when friendships are challenged by power and control in a world full of games? "The Scorpion's Game" takes us on an exciting journey into the world of Roblox, where friendship drama and digital challenges are at stake. Gaia is a talented game designer, but when she joins a project with the confident Axel, she soon realises that the creative collaboration is turning into a toxic power play. How can she take back control before everything falls apart?

The performance is an interactive experience for the whole family, where local children and young people participate as "shoe vultures" in the Roblox game, developed live on stage by Shyfoox Studios. Created by the creators of the award-winning "The Dark Fort - A Minecraft Adventure", the show promises to take the audience on an action-packed and thought-provoking experience.

"The Scorpion's Game" is made for children and young people and addresses themes such as friendship, betrayal and how we navigate in a world full of digital opportunities and dangers. Don't miss this exciting show that is both entertaining and educational - perfect for those who love gaming and theatre!
