After a day of ski, snow skiing After a mountain hike, nothing beats a sauna and a refreshing ice bath in Bergsjøen. This sauna offers a fantastic view of the mountain scenery. Here you can lean back, enjoy the warmth, and toast with a glass of bubbly or a cold beer.

Sauna at Tanken
Right by the river in the centre of Ål, Tanken Arena has opened a brand-new sauna with space for 15 people. The sauna is open to both locals and visitors, and there will be options for both private booking and drop-in.
Private sauna: 1499 for 90 minutes (you have the whole sauna to yourself)

Sauna Oppsjø Vasspark
A stone's throw from Ål town centre lies the sauna at Oppsjø Vasspark. The sauna has space for eight people and is open to both locals and visitors.
The sauna is located between Bråta and Oppsjø Næringspark, with parking at Ål Idrettspark and approximately 500 metres to walk to the sauna. When you book, you will be sent an access code by email and SMS in advance. Please note that the sauna is not warm on arrival. It takes approx. 30 minutes to heat it up, and this is included in the booking.
The sauna is self-service and based on trust. You are asked to be clean before using the sauna, use a towel when sitting, and tidy up after yourself. No food, snuff, alcohol or smoking is allowed, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
