Yst & Tyst is about exploring how three of the oldest food and drink traditions can meet in a modern form. Through carefully selected combinations, participants will gain a whole new insight into cheese, beer and cider and how they can enhance each other's flavours in exciting and unexpected ways.
The evening will be hosted by Pål K. Medhus, who will guide the audience through a flavourful and educational journey. The experience lasts 90-100 minutes and is suitable for anyone who is curious about food and drink, whether you are a cheese connoisseur, gastronaut, hipster or simply love great flavours.
