In this tasting course you will:
- Insight into the production and processing of olive oil - directly from the farmer
- Knowledge of what makes a extra virgin good quality olive oil
- Introduction to how taste, odour and texture reveal the properties of the oil
- Tasting of three different olive oils with a focus on quality and character
With genuine passion, Nils Johan and Giovanni talk about their sustainable and traditional work on the farm: Pruning by hand, natural fertiliser from local farmers and gentle harvesting. Their quote says it all:
