In the autumn darkness, the neon light from SideSprang crackles and the audience is drawn into a club night with clinking glasses, stamping feet and fierce rhythm.

Hekate, consisting of Malin Alander, Silje Risdal Liahagen and Synnøve Brøndbo Plassen, takes traditional folk music into a new format. With material from all over the country, improvisation and strong vocal sounds, they create an experience that makes it impossible to stand still.

The evening also gets an extra boost with Lars Fivelstad Smaaberg, one of the country's foremost quaders and dancers, known for his distinctive voice and communication skills.
