Would you like to learn how to dance hallingspringar? Now's your chance! With instructor Lars Fivelstad Smaaberg and musician Arne Anderdal, you'll get a playful and educational introduction to this traditional couple dance from Hallingdal.

You don't need experience or a partner - everyone is welcome and everyone can dance!

Whether you want to get out on the dance floor during the festival or are just curious about traditional dance, this course is a perfect introduction to the rhythms and movements of folk music.
