- An evening of local pop and powerful art
The tot who became a farmer in Hemsedal, Joakim Solbakken, makes pop music with both nerve and a twinkle in his eye. The last time he visited Ål during Sundreball, he left his mark - and now he's back, this time in Operalåven and with a full band.
In addition to the music, we also get to meet Kristian Paulsen - the artist behind the cover of Solbakken's latest release. Paulsen, who has ties to Ål through cabins and landscapes, is exhibiting his expressive paintings in the barn room.
🎶 On the team:
Runar Netland - cloths, tambourines, drums, clubs, joy and song
Bård Kristian Kylland - grand piano, clavinet, organ, bass, warmth and song
It will be an evening of warm tones, visual poetry and an atmosphere that only Operalåven can provide.
Welcome to a concert, exhibition - and maybe a dance in the summer evening?
