Since he was chosen by Crown Prince Haakon to play at the Royal Palace's Christmas concert in 2011, Moddi has become a household name in Norwegian homes.

In 2023, he released his first Christmas album, This time last year, a disc that stood out with its unique blend of the warmth of Christmas music, the bittersweet memories and the difficult themes that also belong to Christmas. With guests such as Frida Ånnevik, Arktisk Filharmoni and the young Hanne Bjerkmann, he has created a Christmas album that contains both joy and melancholy.

Now he's heading out on a Christmas tour with an intimate, acoustic set that focuses on his strong voice and the close, personal stories in his music. The concerts will be a unique opportunity to experience Moddi at his most vulnerable, where his voice and warm melodies take centre stage.
