When a sushi enthusiast from Øvre-Ål meets a passionate sushi chef from the Philippines, something very special happens. With a shared love of ingredients, pure craftsmanship and great flavours, they want to give the people of Ål a dining experience that usually requires a journey far away from Hallingdal.

The evening offers a menu where each dish is as much a story as a meal - a combination of Japanese food culture and inspiration from other corners of the world. The aim is to serve world-class sushi, right on the plate in Ål.

This will be a rare opportunity to experience top-level gastronomy in Hallingdal - with room for a limited number of guests.
