High & Low
Climbing park High & Low Hallingdal offers exciting trails in several levels of difficulty and two ziplines that go directly over the Hallingdal river. The whole family can test their balance and height tolerance in a safe environment with training and equipment included.
Play, speed and fun
Right next to the climbing park is also the creative adventure golf course, with 12 holes inspired by sights from Hallingdal. Here, the whole family can play together, while climbers soar above you in the zipline!
The children's favourite is Playland where they can play in mazes, ball rooms, slides and climbing walls. The kiosk is open now during the summer season, and entrance is free for Topcamp guests.
For cycling enthusiasts of all ages, there are both pumptrack and mountain bike trails nearby, and both are free to use. Don't have your own bike? Then you can borrow one for free from BUA. BUA is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:30-17:00.
Riverside and swimming spots
Topcamp is located right by the river and is the starting point for one of the most popular hikes in the area: Elvelangs (by the river). This popular and family-friendly hiking trail winds along the Hallingdalselva river and is perfect for children, prams and swimwear in your backpack. Along the route you'll find several idyllic swimming spots, and for many the highlight is Oppsjø Vasspark.
Oppsjø Vasspark is an inviting bathing area, where you can play and cool off. You can also hire a sauna and enjoy a warm break overlooking the river. In addition, BUA has a station here where you can borrow equipment for water activities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The combination of hiking, swimming and activity makes Elvelangs an experience in itself and a perfect choice for hot summer days.
Bistro & accommodation by the river
After an active day, you can relax with good food and drink at the Bistro, with outdoor seating and a summer atmosphere. The Bistro is open throughout the summer.
Topcamp Hallingdal offers accommodation in cabins, apartments and camping, all in quiet surroundings along the river, within easy reach of all activities.
