Today's keynote speech will be given by Professor Tor W. Andreassen, who will present insights from the article «Responsible aging: integrating individual and intergenerational well-being». This is a groundbreaking work that shows how ageing can be a driving force for value creation, social capital and innovation across societal areas.
During the session, we take a closer look:
- How ageing can create new opportunities for innovation and development
- How older people can represent resources in working life, volunteering and business development
- How organisations can create social value across generations
- How the region can build innovation systems that include the entire lifecycle
We link the theme to specific initiatives in Hallingdal, such as Elderly as a Resource and the Housing Guide. After the presentation, there will be a conversation, reflection and dialogue in groups, before the meeting is rounded off with a Christmas lunch and networking.
