Knut Bry from Hovet and Ole Johannes Brye from Ål have, over two centuries, made a tremendous contribution to photography in various genres: Art, portraiture, nature, fashion, society, decoration, performance, etc.

The exhibition celebrates two of Hallingdal's most prominent photographers, each of whom has shaped the way we see people, nature and society. Together, Bry and Brye have documented everything from everyday life to major politics.

For those who miss the opening, the exhibition will be open to the public until 4 January 2026.
