Funkd Up Wines is made up of four wine enthusiasts with a great passion for natural wine and sustainable winemaking. They work closely with winemakers who grow their grapes biodynamically or organically, without the use of chemical pesticides or artificial additives. The aim is to offer wines that are both high quality and unique in character, reflecting the soils and traditions of different wine regions.
With humour, knowledge and genuine enthusiasm, the team takes the audience into a world of vibrant and natural flavours. Five different types of wine will be served, carefully paired with delicious cheeses and cured meats from Premium Gourmet.
