Not a guest? You can still book:
- Private sauna: NOK 1,000 per hour (you have the entire sauna to yourself)
- Drop in time: NOK 250 per person (share with others, but same view and tranquillity)
The sauna is available all year round and is just as suitable after a hike in the autumn air as on a bright summer evening.

Sauna Oppsjø Vasspark
In the middle of a river, green surroundings and a stone's throw from Ål town centre is the sauna at Oppsjø Vasspark. The sauna can accommodate eight people and is open to both locals and visitors.
The sauna is located between Bråta and Oppsjø Næringspark, with parking at Ål Idrettspark and approximately 500 metres to walk to the sauna. When you book, you will be sent an access code by email and SMS in advance. Please note that the sauna is not warm on arrival. It takes approx. 30 minutes to heat it up, and this is included in the booking.
The sauna is self-service and based on trust. You are asked to be clean before using the sauna, use a towel when sitting, and tidy up after yourself. No food, snuff, alcohol or smoking is allowed, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
