Fagerdalen Støl

Fagerdalen is the summer pasture farm (støl) belonging to the Søre Berg farm in Hovet. We run full pasture farming operations here all summer. Me milk, separating, cheesemaking and churning all the milk and can therefore sell and serve self-produced goods in the mountain farm café.
